I know that I'm like the LAST Supernatural fan in the WORLD to get them but I just got both seasons of SPN on DVD for $52. Brand new. Sealed. I can't decide if I win for getting it at a good price or lose for not having it before now. When they aired, I recorded them all onto DVD's but it just isn't the same, damnit! I need commentary. And bloopers. And extra scenes with the boys.

I admit that the only reason I hadn't was because I didn't want to spend the extra $70. It's Amazons fault for sending me a $5 gift certificate and free 2-day shipping!

Torrents are definitely second best. Especially when you have a laptop and can literally lay in bed with the Winchesters. :D

I haven't got either of them yet either. [info]irish_cocktail has S1, but she loaned it out months ago and hasn't gotten it back yet, and we're both too po' for S2 right now.

I understand, I'm totally one of those people that will wait a year for a boxed set to go down to $20 bucks before buying it.

Hopefully she'll get it back soon. Or can stage a snatch and grab to get it back :D

It's actually kind of easy to not have them when everyone posts the DVD extras when they release them. I guess the biggest thing that persuaded me to even search for them last night was because I went to play Heart and it kept freezing. Of course it's just one episode of many but it's important because of the mile of Sam!skin they show.

I think it's a great deal! I ordered my S2 DVDs literally a week ago, and I still haven't gotten them. *cries* I did watch the gagreel beforehand, though - it was too tempting, haha.
